The last few months have just blown by... we celebrated our 5th anniversary in a romantic little town in Iowa, the kids went back to school, and we actually had our yard looking nice, until our 14 year old decided he didn't want to mow so much.... so he lowered the mower all the way down.... during the hottest week of the year... and our lawn was (and is)scorched. It looks worse than just the weed patch! Oh well, try again next year!

well Moo has discovered zhu zhu pets... silly little mechanical hamsters... and she LOVES them! They make noises, say little catch phrases, and scoot along on little wheels. So far, she only has the two (Pipsqueak & Moo) and she is wanting more, plus all of the accessories like the houses and tracks for them to run around in. She actually bought Pipsqueak with her allowance money... how cool is that???
